Role Summary
Crown Cloud AI Limited is seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist to design and implement reliable AI-powered workflows, integrations, assistants, and business-process automations.
The successful candidate will combine practical automation expertise with API integration, data handling, testing, security, and operational problem-solving to deliver efficient and measurable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse manual business processes and translate them into secure, measurable automation workflows.
- Build AI assistants, workflow automations, notifications, approvals, and data-processing solutions.
- Integrate CRM systems, email, calendars, forms, databases, messaging platforms, and approved third-party APIs.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, and approved AI platforms where appropriate.
- Develop custom scripts, API connectors, prompts, validation rules, and exception-handling processes.
- Test automations for accuracy, reliability, security, performance, and failure recovery before release.
- Monitor live workflows, investigate failures, maintain logs, and continuously improve automation performance.
- Document process maps, technical configurations, data flows, access requirements, and support procedures.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, commercial, and customer-facing teams to deliver agreed business outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in automation, integration, AI implementation, or workflow development.
- Practical experience with Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, UiPath, or comparable automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, databases, authentication, and data transformation.
- Ability to write scripts using Python, JavaScript, or another suitable programming language.
- Experience integrating AI models, prompt workflows, document processing, or conversational assistants.
- Understanding of data privacy, access controls, audit logs, secure credential handling, and human approval points.
- Strong process-analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data, or a related discipline.
Contract Conditions
This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract. Continuation may be considered based on performance and business needs.
The successful candidate will be expected to comply with all applicable company, security, confidentiality, data-protection, and delivery requirements throughout the engagement.
